Ready, Set ,(almost) Go!

Welcome to our blog! We're thrilled to have you join us on this exciting journey as we're about to begin!

Today we're putting the final touches on this new venture as we're getting ready to launch soon! Rooted Spaces - where we plan to change the way our buildings (and cities) currently look to make them better (and healthier!) for us all!

I remember a couple of years ago, on a nice day like today walking through Central Park's "great lawn", where i noticed there were so many people on the grass you literally could barely see any green.

Then it “Hit me” – the biggest, most popular amenity, in NYC, and anywhere else on our planet, desired by all, rich, poor and anywhere in between -  Is just some time in nature! So much so in fact, that buildings & apartments with any sort of “natural view” receive incredible price premiums (Fifth Ave / CPW for example)! We humans have done a remarkable job surrounding ourselves with concrete, asphalt, glass & bricks, and in this process we’ve almost completely alienated Nature (and everything Natural) from our lives, and now we terribly miss it!

On a subsequent conversation with my architect friend, and fellow co-founder Barak, I was introduced to a more recent concept used in modern architecture titled "Biophilia" where everything seem to direct to the same ultimate conclusion I've been reading about in many books, heard discussed by many scientists, and my "gut instinct" has been directing me towards for a very long time now - We are all essentially "hunter gatherers" that have evolved into city dwellers, much much faster than natural evolution has been able to catch up with...This is now widely believed to be the reason behind most modern day ailments. I'm sure you've seen this one before -

We, at Rooted Spaces, made it our primary goal to bring nature back into the bricks by connecting our projects with nature!

We invite to join us as we embark on this exciting new journey, a long with our clients to transform our spaces into better ones!

Please stay tuned as we're about to release some exciting details about our most recent project in NYC! And please drop us a line if you'd like to join/participate/have your property profit from such transformations.
